i think to make vouch copies more serious

if members who vouch on a ebook, and such ebook turns out to become a scam/public then the vouchers must pay a % of fees to the person who has an open scam report. they should be held accountable for their false vouches, because thats the reason the person was scammed!


if u disagree then ur just a vouch hunter
