What's the best way to use adaptive layout in Wordpress? To make it easier to develop adaptive sites for different devices. Right now I'm choosing between bootstrap and CSS Grid.

In general, you can use whatever is convenient for you. Many people use CSS GRID. For example, I prefer bootstrap. Because at the layout level, you can quickly determine the block size you need. Basically, in CSS Grid, everything works the same way, but you need more knowledge to use it.
