This system here is like a virus.  You get a few people that sign up then they all rep each other enough times for spam posts to get free goodies.  Then it continues and grows, their group welcomes a new group and now we are at the point we are where there is almost 0 legit content shared and nothing but a bunch of spam posters repping each other for free membership.
