If I try to surf anonymously, I am first of all connected to my VPN (https://securevpn.to/). Behind that, I usually have some clean socks IP address from my provider https://vip72.ru/. I bought their 500 dollar package for two years some time ago, and I do not regret buying that. When it comes to cracking accounts, I mostly use proxies that I grab using either https://snipr.gg/ or from a program I have purchased of HackForums. Some times I crack Netflix accounts as an example; therefore I have to use good proxies like the ones of https://fineproxy.org/ but also https://luminati.io/.
