Fixed - Fixed issues that could cause lower level skills to be marked as not learned when replaced by higher level ones.
Horde- Updated Temple of Atal'Hakkar Quests - Fixed location turnin NPC for the quest "Zapper Fuel."
Professions
Both- Updated Goblin Engineering Questline - Removed capital city training in favor of a trainer (Buzzek Bracketswing) already in Tanaris.
