WTB A CODER SERVICES FOR TELEGRAM BOT

AS TITLE SAYS, I am hiring a coder for a telegram bot, made in any languages, basically it's a call spoofing service where I want the bot to have an autoshop, minutes counter, auto-sip user creator using either FreePBX or Asterisk, doesn't matter, etc etc. 

PS : I already have the spoofing API & provider & account, I just want someone that have knownledge to use freepbx or asterisk to make it automated in telegram. With an coinbase commerce autoshop etc

Budget: Around 500e, can pay more, but don't make me overpay.
