Buying AWS account 32vCPU from a reputable members.
Account needs to have 32 instance limit (instead of 20 by default). I guess you can request it, it shouldn't be a problem.
I don't plan to use it for anything abusive or illegal (mining, spamming etc.).
Also I need warranty.
Paying $10-$15.
Will buy in bulk if you have accounts with higher limits and credit.
This is first a test.
