Additional Information: Accounts are advertised with PM but no PM was attached. I had bought in the past from seller w/o issues, so I do not want to use the word "scammer" here. However, now seller is not responding to my requests for refund (I would like to be refunded and not to get replacements given too much time has passed).

@Liars I confirm  @FullAccess sent me 2 accs. I will check the accounts as soon as possible within the next 12 hrs. I had asked for a refund, though, since after 3 days I cannot use the accounts. I'll see what deal I can get from seller.
