as you can see in the video. i didn't even run the executable after compiling the source.
i simply complied the source code and got infected.
which is what you need to be worried about.

Build events.



What is build events?
Build events in Visual Basic can be used to run scripts, macros, or other actions as a part of the compilation process. Pre-build events occur before compilation; post-build events occur after compilation




How do i stay safe?
simple. just check the build events before you compile the source code you found online.
