I've seen multiple Wayfair guides however they lack detail - hopefully the answers here provided will help people who have the same concern as I do.



I have multiple items in the cart, 9 of them are Ground and the other 2 are "free basic outdoor drop off" - I understand I have to wait until all are delivered and then start the process by reporting them as damaged. I've seen a few refunders saying "only ground items".



My question is, can I use the damaged method for both Ground and free basic outdoor drop off ?
