Cardio and diet can help lose weight, but if you want your body to be toned, you must work out in the gym, I lost 7 kilograms, but my body is sluggish, I'm trying calisthenics now ( I take some exercises here https://betterme.world/articles/calisthenics-exercises/ ) it is not very easy, but I can already see the result
