On the other hand, as an Intermediate or advanced SE'er, you'd be well-Informed with the majority (If not all) of the above-mentioned events, hence I don't need to explain why they occur - they're simply part of both the company & carrier's protocol to perform, clarify and confirm the Information at their disposal, so there's no real cause for concern.
