Going to have to agree with above. Working out definitely makes me feel better about myself. I only started doing it semi consistently recently and I can see the difference in mindset if I go a few days a week vs if I don't go for a week or two. Even if I don't see much results (I don't have a gym membership so I do running and body exercises/yoga), I still feel better about myself for just doing something productive and that aids in my health. Not a gym junkie; I still hate the process of running and such, but afterwards I feel better and feel like I stand a bit taller after a good run or workout.

Yoga and Daily Affirmations. took me 1-2 months to see results but you have to keep at it long term.
