What i need for creating a Call of Duty Mod?

Hello, first sorry for my not perfect english.

I see much People having mods, and they want a good amount of money, but im asking my self, for what?
Is it that hard to create this mods? And how i need for it? All of it are Cold War Mods for Zombies to reach max. Level, and get Dark Matter etc.

I'm a newbie in this section, maybe some of the pro's here maybe can create on, i mean we have in this forum all we want, but this ''little'' thing, not. xd

Is there no other Page? Im now 2 Months on Unkowncheats, but there is no Help or something.
