This guy is legit and knows what he's talking about. I use Mullvad when I need to, you can buy anonymous, prices are good, lots of servers and they replace blacklisted IP's pretty quickly.
You can also just roll your own, it literally takes minutes. Go to somewhere like lowendtalk etc buy a cheap ass vps, download nyr or angristan's script from github and you're good to go.
