Anonymity and privacy or most specifically the lack thereof is probably the biggest problem.

Also having a disposable encrypted chatroom would be a cool idea, like a randomly generated link that you can share with someone to be able to chat for a while securely
and then delete the whole chatroom.

Also a website about random ideas would be nice like a place where people can post their ideas about stuff without having to register or anything like a dead drop for ideas.

So like an admin buys a plan to be able to make a chat room online. All annonymous. And gets a link once he creates the chatroom name and rules.
People with the link will be able to go to the chatroom.
Admin will see all people and manage everyone.
