What to do with email access hits

So i got a lot of email access hits, what can i do with them, when i login in mail on their page the account doesnt work.. i heard u need to revocer it, how do i recover it without any other info of account, please explain

you can check them for another specific sites with checkers like woxy and similar, but is weird if u say that u can't access to the mail when your checker said it has mail access

Mailaccess is basically logging in someone's email, You can read his Emails
Recover accounts connected to that email such as Facebook, Instagram, Amazon...

you can do many things like having the first mail and you can change any password
