when someone rep negative other guy.. he should post near reason a imgur link with proof evidence.

like "a dumb leeching - imgur.com/aaaaaaaa"

cos nowadays if you rep someone neg he will rep neg back you without a strong reason.. only revenge so here you go

Reputation either it's positive or negative, it's the only choice users have to make, if you neg rep someone, it's ur choice.

You don't have to prove why did you neg rep someone. Like in real life, if you don't like someone you don't have to talk about it or prove it.
Proof is used mostly only after a neg rep is reported and a mod asks the user what was the reason behind it, if he doesn't have a proper reason, the reputation can be deleted, in some cases.

+1 yeah without any reason u cant -rep anyone... + staff deletes all such things. so u just report to staff and they will remove false -rep
