Hello, i'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this, but i've been seeing some scam type of methods which includes getting a vcc with little balance on it. And posts authors always says that you can get vcc easily anywhere on internet for a couple of bucks. Well i've been looking everywhere and most of them are scams. And the other sells them for paypal. So if i buy vcc for paypal and use it as identification for some scam, will it be bad for the seller( if he used his personal details for that vcc) or what? I'm kinda new to this. So i've been wondering where you can get vcc for some straight up illegal stuff? I'm looking for some trusted sellers
