Beet juice is my choice. Not so great tasting by itself. I still have not acquired a taste for it over the last year, but it does help me get through my mornings pretty well. Said lo help lower blood pressure, improve stamina, and it's a good source of electrolytes and other minerals.
That said, it is also high in oxalates so if you are prone to kidney stones, maybe only drink it a couple mornings a week(or not at all).
