We already have an automated system that blocks out a lot of such content, however, an automated system has its limitation and that's where the community needs to play its role and report such content. We check reports 5-8 times a day to ensure it is timely resolved.
So kindly use the report button, we will also contact paste site owners to automate the removal of such content on their website which will help the situation. For account recoveries and 2fa issues, contact @Liars or @Darkness
