Why does my account say not upgraded?

I was just upgraded when I checked yesterday and now I'm not lol.. please fix this

There was something wrong with servers, so it wasn't backed up you need to contact staff with payment details for your rank

The server's rollback probably caused the issue, as suggested contact support, will be solved, dont panic
