Ohhhh man I LOVE the mental outlaw, 
However I think the comfort and monopoly of Microsoft will just keep users stuck in this window bubble. 

Me myself, I do use Kali, Arck, Tails but take cracked for eaxmple, I use windows.

Doubtful it will bring a "tsunami" of new linux users.  First, you would need to get PC manufacturers to get onboard with providing the option of loading a linux distro on all / most consumer systems they build...and they would need some kind of consensus as to which distro(s).  Secondly, there would need to be enough demand from corporations to put linux on their end users' desktops.  Neither of which I see happening anytime soon.
