Anyone have much information regarding this custom ISO, is it safe and genuine?

I have done some research online and so far it looks really good, haven't seen a single bad thing about it, wanted to get your opinions.

So far it is running really good, much much better then default windows.

The guy offer what he said. I been using that windows since 1909 version. I buy a win 10 pro license and install the official ISO from microsoft. I'll turn back to this Super Lite windows its more "clean".

I hear that some modified windows can be "insecure" but I never have a security issue with this OS. However you can check in cmd any backdoor or something if you like...
