Additional Information: I messaged him on Telegram asking if he can make me two videos. One video would be a 30 second promo video and the other a tutorial/demonstration video. He agreed and I showed him two examples of what I would like the videos to look like when done. We agreed on 150 euros as the total for this work (keep in mind he's the one who gave us the price, not me) and then I sent him payment to start on the work.

When he showed a preview of what he's done so far, my partner and I was not satisfied with the work. We asked for a tutorial/demo video and instead he produced a rushed and sped up video. We asked him to slow the video down but he got angry for some reason and kept on going on about how the example I showed him was a "complete dog shit for youtube". I already paid this guy 50 euros and he isn't doing what I told him to do? 

He said he would edit the video to fix the pace and when I asked him when this will be done he said 3-5 days. He recorded the video in less than a day and now he is saying it will take him a minimum of 3 days to edit the speed of the video? When we first spoke he said everything will take 3-5 days but now he is purposely delaying everything because he had his ego bruised we didn't like the original video he made. 

This guy is an immature child and I hope everyone who reads this doesn't do business with him. I don't even want to continue the deal with him, I just want my 50 euros back.

Hello, as stated in my selling thread, i edit in fast pace.

I said to him that I will take 3-5 days to complete the editing, before he paid. Yesterday i gave them my work of the first request, and asked them for feedback. the customers were incredibly inpolite, and instead of giving feedback, they basically prompted me to redo the entire thing, even though i had already spend 7 hours recording samples, writing code, understanding their confusing documentation and finally making a nice and well thought out showcase video how the API works.

They said the video is too fast, and i can understand that. So i immediatly suggested that i can slow the video down. He then went another hour constantly pinging me, practically screaming at me why i didnt edit it like in his example, then complains why i havent even started. Now, from an editors perspective, this really does not make any sense. The video provided was completely unedited, with a few subtitles. My video style as you could have seen from my examples provided in the thread is fast paced and definitely not boring, like having 3 minutes of unedited footage.

After and during his ego trip on why i didnt do it as in the example (literally unedited footage, why tf are you hiring an editor, and wasting my time if you want the footage fucking unedited? I gave them a showcase video where the viewer can understand what the api is useful for, without it just being fucking boring.) i resuggested a total of 3 times to slow down the video.

Finally, after getting insulted, he agreed. Only a few hours later, he asked for the video. I wasnt even home at that time, its the first day of the year, i was at a friends house, and have a lot to do currently, thats why i said 3-5 days before he even paid.

I reassured him that he would get the work completed in 3-5 days, as stated previously.

He then asked me for a refund, after I spend 7 hours understanding their api, writing the code, recording the footage and editing it nicely. I cant take that seriously, to be honest.

With him being a total dick, as promised i would still provide the service that he paid for, and after their request slow down the video, which by the way isnt as simple as reducing the total speed, as im reducing the text and segment speed by itself, individually.

I told him what was wrong with the video he made and instead of taking the criticism he got his ego hurt and began arguing with me and my partner instead of just editing the video to our liking. You can clearly see him showing attitude and refusing to see what we don't like with the video.

Where is me "insulting" him? Where is me being a "dick" to him? This guy is such an immature child, and a pathetic liar as well. He claims he is at a friends house but he never said anything about this to us, he's only mentioning it now in this deal dispute. I don't want to continue this deal with this sketchy kid, I just want my refund so I can pay someone who is more professional.

You were able to see my editing examples, i even suggested slowing the footage down, instead he just repeatedly argues, which lead to nothing.

In the conversation i was the one searching for a solution, i provided the video to your liking, in my own editing style, like advertised on my thread, if you dont like it that way, dont buy from me. I suggested enough times now and listened to your non-constructive criticism, i am not refunding something where i have spend 7 hours of work into.

It's incredible how this child can sit here and lie to everyone about me and my partner being "rude" to him when I literally showed the entire conversation that shows he is lying. Please show screenshots of me or my partner being rude to you, unlike you I actually back up my claims with evidence. 

When I approached you, I told you exactly what I wanted, it's not my fault you don't have the required IQ to follow simple instructions. I showed you two example videos of the 2 type of videos I wanted, and you had no issue with that. If you had a problem then why did you accept the deal in the first place? In my telegram screenshots I showed you what I expected and you agreed, it's not my fault you aren't professional enough to keep to your word. 

You didn't try finding a solution, we literally TOLD you what was wrong with the video, and instead of just fixing the problem, you began arguing with us and showing us attitude. This is all literally in the screenshots I provided above. I can't believe you're still openly lying to the staff even though the evidence goes against everything you're saying. This DD wouldn't even have happened if you just did what we asked and didn't get so rude and unprofessional.

The video you made is unusable and wasn't to our satisfaction and nothing like we expected. I do not want to wait 3-5 days nor do I want to pay for the other video we had planned, I just want a refund. 

You keep complaining about putting so many hours into the video. If you put that much hours into making the video, you should've looked at the example I gave you and what I wanted, not doing your own thing and expecting me to like it.

Staff, please look at the screenshots I provided. It proves @xyss is a pathological liar and was the unprofessional one throughout this whole ordeal. I just want my money back.

PS. Also, I love how he says "I suggested enough times now and listened to your non-constructive criticism," then the next minute he says "with me willing to slow the footage down and listening to their criticism". What a clown. Stop wasting time and give me my refund.

I kicked you out of the Discord group because you're sketchy and I had a suspicion that you would try edit your messages. If a staff member wants to be invited to the group DM they can so they can look at the conversation for themselves and see how much of a liar you are.

i accepted the request, made the video. i asked you for font and coloring, and then made the video. I can only repeat myself as @vexingly does not understand a single thing i say, nor listens to it.

It is new year, i have other things to do. As said previously before payment, 3-5 days for the work being done.
If you wanted the video exactly like the unedited footage you showed me, you should have said that first. Instead you said it was a "example", not that you want it 1:1 exactly copied.

Instead, learn to speak.
