In 2012, the guy that created PIA VPN sold it for 5 dollars for an entire year access (opposed to his 5-10 $ month 's price for access) on Fiverr.com, and part of the gig was he connected remotely to your computer and installed it for you (I met him, installed it on my comp and have that old tower in a closet). He took his gig down by turn of the year in 2014
I really don't mess with any kind of VPN's or use em. Nor do I pay attention. So I'm going through the proxies I pay for, and I remember PIA. I go to Google and find out it got sold to CYBER GHOST. For 95,000,000
He was pretty nice.
