lets say a person doesnt have money for upgrade.. they cant have perks that other ppl have so.. simply add xp points
people will earn xp by making threads, liking, being active in general chat etc...
when the exact amount of xp is added person can get 1 month of upgrade
like if u agree and reply so i can see other opinions on this
