Information:

the guy scammed my colleague for 50$ 
he had to b4u something for him but he didn't do it for whatever reason and thinks he never got the money or knows him although he talked in the talk that he needs it 
after i asked him today to refund he said no he doesn't know him and is talking rubbish and says it wasn't me and all the time soundcloud the admin can check his changelogs
Crypto address for a refund: would be paid with a german paysafecard

Yes, I scammed someone of-site, it's been actually weeks of me doing this.

But the guy that was scammed wasn't actually a user on c.to I don't know if this would make a difference
