about personal awakening / self development books. i heavily love Marcus Aurelius.

I discovered his ''book'' more like a journal it's called '' Marcus Aurelius - Meditations ''
it's his way through life and everything he learns on daily, stuff from his grandfather/ mom/ roman philosophs and emperors that took care of him growing up. and it's about like stoicism the art of living in the present but you also learn how to deal and see problems..
it's a book that you have to read again in like 3 months and then live your life and then read it again after 3 months. you'll always have those ''WOW'' moments. that you keep learning and everytime you read the book even though is the same book, you see things from a new perspective idk how to explain it it's mind blowing. you can also find the audiobook of meditations. on youtube

this is meditations summarized. like the most important ''quotes'' you'll find in the book. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hu0xDtK3g3Q&t=1479s i love listening to this video once a month. but most important is the book because you figure stuff on yourself. this video i just link it's giving you the meaning of the ''quote'' so it basically does the work for u.. but it's nicer when u like realize it yourself simply by living and getting through life.
