Yeah HoI is really good. Kinda prefer CK2 but its really good.
Have you played Imperator yet? I have heard mixed things and dont know if its worth going for.
I have not played imperator I have heard it is not very good
Judging from their games,it will take awhile for it to be good....Hopefully soon

The Civ games FORSURE and I would also say XCOM. I never got around to playing Starcraft but I want to get into it. this is a good thread

It's very dated, but I always thought Caesar 2 was a fantastic game. Maybe check it out if you have never played it.
