Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $910 (7 months worth of data on a dedi/vps from them which is $130/m)

Additional Information: I purchased a dedi from central around 8 months ago (Tuesday, December 15th, 2020), it was working fine for about 7 months till aqua dm's me randomly with this https://i.imgur.com/HAOxMIf.png , then i ask for an eta and he says 2-3 days https://i.imgur.com/GVi1yV4.png , more on this, i got raid 1 back forever ago when i was purchasing it, https://i.imgur.com/hJOb0Wg.png , so no data should be lost whatsoever. I was promised this multiple times in dms which I can share with staff members, I've been talking with aqua and markd (aquas staff) for the last month and have made no progress whatsoever about anything and havent even been told where my data is or even if its still there. Making this report to hopefully speed something up, even just to get them to dm me back.
Side note; I know he doesn't use c.to, hes moved to actual hosting sites to advertise and got made fun of for starting on c.to, so this report being posted around there would fuck him on there to get him to do something about me. I am also contacting the hosting service he is using and showing all of this to hopefully get them to help me.
Crypto address for a refund: Not looking for a refund; I'd like my data back but would take a full refund of all months purchased as its not my fault whatsoever that the drive failed
ALSO; I know hes banned i dm'ed Liars and he said I can make report
