Hi, since you still have your tag, I decided on giving my thoughts.
The common process is you having to regain trust in certain ways (e.g. completing numerous deals, engaging in the community).
Once a staff member finds you worthy of having your tag removed, they should do it manually.

As far as I know, there is no way of manually requesting this.

You could probably get it removed much quicker if you started paying attention to your shop. I have been waiting for a refund for 6 days. Have spoken with both of your support agents, completely ghosted. Refund me
