Additional Information: Bought from them before with no issues, idk why they started ghosting me with no response now. Not saying they're scammers, but its outrageous to be waiting this long for something so simple, and have 0 response in over 3 days

I'm not handling Nitro token orders, Visa is handling those we are just providing him a gateway to sell them but he is not staff of CheapBoosts at the moment. Anyways, if you give me your order ID I can provide you a refund, or you can wait for him to deliver the order as I've notified him about this.

Regardless if he's staff or not, its your server, so you are responsible -- 3 days without a response is unacceptable

Now these guys are refusing to refund.

Keep in mind, between the time this "Visa" guy said hes waiting for a response from @nvck , and the time I made the dispute has passed 12 additional hours.

Then only after the dispute was made they wanna rush the order. Sorry, but in the past 4 DAYS now, I've already found a different seller who actually delivers INSTANTLY, as ADVERTISED, when these people dont.

I no longer need tokens. I need my money back. As you can see by the screenshot, I'm not going to use these tokens, haven't even checked them to see if they're legit even. I no longer need them. Requesting my refund that I requested this morning

Even so, they denied the refund and sent the product 8 HOURS LATER LMAO

As already discussed above with @nvck he gave me 2 options:

1. Wait for Visa to deliver

Visa denied me a refund stating “nah”, it’s in the screenshots, but whatever

id wish to keep this thread open until my bank confirms that the funds were reversed successfully 

also for future notice, I bought from your website, and the website makes no mention of external products, or tokens being external products. And I’m sure you don’t expect customers to be psychic 

will update this thread when I received the refund in 3-5 business days as your screen shot has no identifiable factors to confirm said refund of my personal payment

It is evident that the refund has been processed and cannot be reversed. Therefore, I fail to see the purpose of prolonging this thread. It is ultimately up to Visa to handle the matter as they deem appropriate. I want to emphasize that I have clearly offered a refund and have never refused it. As per our terms and conditions (https://cheapboosts.to/terms), given the delayed delivery of the product beyond the specified 48-hour period, you are entitled to a refund.
