Error "0" is a rate limit error. There is an extensive list of errors and we add the most common ones in documentation, thank you for your feedback, we'll be sure to update the documentation in the near future.

Regarding your dissatisfaction, I'm very sorry to hear you're unhappy. The software can be a bit complex to the new eye and has many features, if you’re frustrated don’t give up, be patient and don’t be afraid to ask for help.

I can assure you that everything works as intended and other users are deriving excellent mass dm results. Feel free to contact our support and we will help you set everything up, if you do not derive results and continue getting "errors" (not subject to user errors), we will issue a full refund.

Account quality is subjective, some may be prone to fast deactivations, other can perform well, this is a very important factor. The application itself does not ban accounts.

Your feedback regarding support is also far stretched and maliciously false. We're respectful, responded to your query, and very busy, please be patient and co-operate.
