First account, you were slow as fuck and we sold it to another costumer that he pays the full payment not 50% like you, and the same day I sent you another which was the second and you said it's not verified even tho there is ibans. And administrator can Google that once kyc done they give ibans, ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET 3 IBANS WITHOUT KYC DONE. the other address verification doesn't effect the account to work properly. Only if you want to get a mastercard delivered to the verifed address marked on payooner same as payout bank.
3 third account your statement was " authorize " I did authorized then you started talking trash then I told you go make report here. You failed to do simple task which asking for 2fa then I provide. ( which I show him what people does normally and explained to him in details)
For my side the delivery process was completed but all the delays comes from your side.
" Wasting time and resources " when we make account we buy numbers and proxies and we pay drops.
In his case he wanted a special documents with the account so we paid the drop an extra payment to provide the service to the buyer. The documents cost was 50$. Then the account itself another $ which I will not charge because as you said I can sell it to someone else.
If he don't want to follow our tos and check the account with our rules and change 2fa to his own. Then he simply reject the delivery and I have the right to take the $ I invested on his order.
I will not reply after that only to admin.
Also all the statement i said, administrator can Google them or I can start a conversation with payoneer live support and validated the statements. I am talking from experience. And our 2fa process for few accounts in our store it mandatory.
