Additional Information:I asked for a payoneer account from Clown, I asked for additional docs the price being $200 instead of $140 which I accepted to have them, the account had to be done for me within 2 days, I I contacted after 3 days, following this he gave me an account already sold, then a few minutes later an account not fully kyc but in review, which he sold again while telling me to disconnect, so I said that there was no rush and that I wanted a KYC account but that I had time, after 6 days he contacted me again and gave me a new account, the account was 2FA by phone so I told him ask to validate by telephone so that I can access it, after a few minutes without a response from him, and after waiting too long, I asked for a refund of the deposit, he responded directly telling me that he would not wouldn't do it, the guy Scam me $100 seriously lol, let him beg instead it will bring in more

We didn't give you another account that is sold you simply slow as fuck so we sold the account to the next available costumer anfd told you to hit me up when you are ready so i will deliver another account. You paid 100$ which is half. And you can't even check the account so you pay the rest of our money.

After I explained him that its verified he sent me a payout bank verification which I made another explanation that payooner required a payout verifications, and it's not related to the account verification.

Example. If you want to send money to your bank you should add an iban as payout/withdrawa option and you should verify it to be able to send money to.

And the bank wasn't even his bank so I told it's not important and he can ignore it, and if he want his own iban to be verifed we can do it as bonus/good gesture.

But the guy is literally braindead so I told him it's okay we will give you another account even tho I was tired of explaining to him.

2fa is required for all accounts since some folks change the data and says it's wrong than you are forced to give them new acc. This guy is one of them probably.

I was respectful from A to Z, as the entirety shows, what is the connection with being "long"? (For him being long is 30 minutes) so I don't know what to do, as indicated in the conversation, he told me that the account would be created as required, so he lied.

The identity was only verified but not the address or the rest (proof here : https://ibb.co/THWrrTb), as shown in the screen I sent him, a few minutes later he told me that he had sold the account again while I was responsive lol a big joke.

So I was chill and told him that it was not urgent and that I just wanted a good account, and today he sent me a 2FA account that he could not even provide the code or approve the request, since he did not respond and I did not have access, I preferred to ask for a refund.

You did not waste any time or money, I just wanted a payoneer account with documents, and you lied because you don't do that, you just provide normal payoneer as shown in the screenshots that you resell to several people and which are not tailor-made, so I just wanted my refund.

At the moment, I have neither an account nor money, while it has generated nothing for you.

As you indicated earlier in the conversation, you sold the accounts, so you did not spend money because it is part of your normal process and it did not cause any loss because it did not was not dedicated, you send me lots of messages on telegram telling me that I am a small buyer but I am just asking for my reimbursement for the work that you failed to provide me, the moderators have all the proof in capture d screen provided, we can clearly see that you only provided one account out of the 3 and it wasn't even verified, and you sold it while I told you it wasn't good.

I want a full refund, you can't steal $50 when you only provided bad accounts, it's up to the administrators to decide that, but based on the evidence I find it legitimate.
