Additional Information: Datatouch done refund for me, I was rebilled so I contacted him about it and he was ignoring those messages, I opened scam report, it magically got 'solved' but I still don't know how because I had to pay another refunder to fix work of Datatouch, even after opening multiple scam reports and asking Teken how it was solved hi still doesn't explain it. Why wasn't group chat wiith Datatoch and Teken created and we didn't even discuss it? If this report was against some Member he would have been bombarded with questions and he would have to prove anything. Datatouch didn't even had to answer me, him acting like a kid should  speak for itself. Whole acting of Teken looks like he is just covering for him.

I am sorry for writing here but how about you prove you got rebilled? Post screenshots of your order, emails from amazon about the refund and and then again proof you got rebilled.

Did you pay 300 euros for the refund or the product costed 300 euros? If you actually prove you worked with datatouch, then he should only refund you the fee you paid to him, not the price of the product lol - after you did something illegal and you took the risk. Next time cancel your debit/credit card after a big refund just in case.

Also, I agree that once you supply these proofs, the report shouldn't be closed without Datatouch actually putting any effort into trying to work with you and help you lol

I will be more than happy to provide anything, and I expect Datatouch to refund fee I paid to him and also the fee I had to pay another refunder because he didn't take responsibility.

I am sorry for writing here again but you are hilarious. No, he should not cover the fee for another refunder lmao. You asked someone to do a fraud on your behalf so you can benefit from a free item. You think these refunders are some kind of official retailers or something? There is no guarantee, you risk it and win or suck it up and move on  kek He should refund you the fee, but you can't seem to actually prove anything so far.

@aax as I see you are refunder as well, rebills can  be fixed easily, I had to pay extra  because of his ignorance. Also don't apologize for commenting here and let only people who are involved in this solve it...

teken decision was perfect since the last scam reports had no details or proofs.

Provide the following for reconsideration
1. bank statement clearly showing initial payment to amazon, refund and rebill (video evidence opening the e-statement from banks website - upload to streamable or Yt)
2. Order confirmation, refund confirmation, and rebill confirmation video (upload to streamable or Yt)
3. Chat with Datatouch or evidence you used his service.
