It's honestly a matter of keeping yourself busy and improving your life. Try new things if you have to, start working out. It's the things that keep you busy that takes your mind away from all that stuff. The most important thing is to get outside more and interact with people. If you can't do that for whatever reason, meditate and take cold showers. These are some of the things that i have been doing that helped me tremendously. It's really down to you whether you want to change your ways or not.

I'm replying for your solution. Though I find porn to be fine, only if, you aren't consumed by it and not detrimental to your mental or physical health.  Unfortunately, for me, I have an addictive personality, and at this point, I'm going all out on it.  A person once told me why he's an organ donor, it's because once he's done with his body, they wouldn't even be able to use his organs, truly going all out on his life.
