fake tracking number for ebay ??

Hello,

I sell digital objects on ebay but after each sale I have to wait 2 weeks to receive the money.

But if I add a tracking number it immediately releases the money.

I wanted to know if it is possible to have fake tracking numbers that are delivered the next day?
