as said before it does not matter when i bought it i asked u for a refund 3 weeks later due to the bot not working as advertised and you gave me a block and said you'll unblock 24 hours later @admins can read previous scam report to confirm this i want a refund and as @Malakai said if half the features aren't working I should get a refund not get fivios "support"

laziness would be me trying to get a refund for a 100% functional hq tool that 99% of your buyers are satified with which is not the case laziness would be me asking for a refund for a working tool that actually works as advertised which is not the case as half the features don't even work so no i am not fucking lazy nor stubborn you are the stubborn one refusing to refund all your unsatisfied buyers while not even having terms of services that say that you do not refund after purchase
