(fixed) Silverbullet caps at 1K CPM until I restart the runner

Very frustrating. My config runs at 6K CPM flawlessly, then after a minute or two it caps at 1-1.3K with a ton of retries.

Problem is I can easily solve it by rerunning the runner but annoying to do manually every 2 minutes.
Edit: it was the proxies.
