same issue as the last user, was repeatedly told there would be new stock, yet it never came, a lot of my customers were kicked from their spotify plans and I had to reimburse them out of my own pocket from other services, i have nothing against him and he seems a like a cool dude, all i want is a refund for not providing the service.

If you don't want the product, I'm sorry you didn't like it.
But, I paid for those invites you used.
And now you want a refund even though You used them.

But, I paid for those invites you used.
And now you want a refund even though You used them.

That's why on my tos I state that no refunds can be given if you already redeemed the keys.
Since I have to pay for the invites for you guys to ask a refund right after redeeming them.
