When you start a legal business you won't be making shit ton of money in a day.
You have to be happy with what small amount you get (legally) 

Proxy business or RDP business are already very much saturated, too many big players already dominating the market. 

Even if you start a legal business, my guess is you won't be able to run it for a long time. Why? Because the cash flow coming will be very little. You will again be running after easy money (illegally)
