im using the same old method checkout -- > login -->> proxy if it doesnt work then move to otp ( try for next 5 times else next account ) if you get generic error .. that site is raped

Paypal is very much hittable.  USA LTE PROXIES ARE KEY IF YOU ARE NOT IN USA USING LTE !!

and yes they upped security on uk/eu logs just use proxies and use USA logs to avoid 

hitting on pc/phone is the same literally no difference, be sure you are using fresh cookies and GOOD QUALITY USA LTE IPS and you will be solid.

just make sure your proxy ( ip ) score is 0 .. and its on the same country as the pp logs
