This is proooobably 3 years too late BUT hot salt baths do wonders.

Please be careful if you want to try this because it dehydrates you incredibly fast.

It's the obvious -- eat less calories than you use.  Exercise, sweat, drink enough water that your pee isn't super-yellow.  And get stressed-out about something to up your metabolism, along with the exercise of course.  You'll lose it.  It won't be a healthy loss, but you didn't ask for that...

Mate, I don’t know, it’s not very useful, it’s better to stick to plan i follow this one  https://betterme.world/articles/lose-10-...s-workout/ , somehow I lost 4 kg in two weeks with a diet, just more protein, less fat, after 6 I didn’t eat and ran 3 times a week-its help me to loose some extra
