you could either just not eat and puke everything in your body out

or actually just realize it is almost impossible to safely lose 5 pounds in 3 days, that needs more time

It's possible to lose 5 pounds in 3 days given you put in the necessary works. Saunas, cardio-intensive exercises, water reduction, and keeping a simple light diet will be key. I also recommend doing 2 sessions of HIITs a day, 3 if you have time. Generally give 15-20 minutes per session. You'll see results in no time.

3 days is too short and isn't healthy to go on a crash diet. Set a realistic goal, move more and eat less. Drink plenty of water and avoid sugar

Why in 5 days?

Boxers, wrestlers, MMA fighters lose up to 20lbs+ when they weigh in, but it's all water and they can't maintain the minimum water weight for very long. But they do it was follows:
1) Drink lots of (deionized) water. Immediately prior to the water cut of course. This makes the kidneys expect a lot of excess water, so more water will be excreted than normal.
2) No salt or carbs (keeps water in the body)
3) Heat, as hot as you can stand (sauna, jacuzzi, steam) to ramp up water loss through sweat
4) Minimal/no water intake (ice cubes to keep the mouth moist)

Again I'm not sure what you're doing this for, but the net loss of water can really bring the weight down significantly, albeit for a limited time.

This is possible, however very bad for your metabolism, it will slow down and you will put the weight right back on. However, in an emergency situation I managed to do the same by just not eating for a few days while doing cardio. Don't try to lift weights during that time , you will be very fatigued and possibly injure yourself
