Paypal approved my return for refund, so i bought an UPS label just like normal to return, and i get a boxer to do ftid advance (same city) for me. It got relabelled and the merchandise refuse the delivery and the package got sent back to me and my paypal refund got refused. I got my boxer to redrop but the tracking didnt have any update. I know that paypal allow people to reopen cases, i am thinking about wait for the return arrive, and then get a new label to ftid. Will that work? or i should do something else to fix my refund? thanks
