need a dev for a autoreplacement bot on telegram

I don't need it at this exact moment, I will need it maybe in a few weeks.
User would need to:
- Redeem a key or multiple keys, for each different product
- User requests a replacement using a command /disney for example.
- Accounts gets sent.

Would need rate limit as well, only authenticated users should be able to request.
