"random winner" button

so basically in giveaway section we all know we have this random winner generator (where @Leechometer picks a random user). so at current stage we can use it only once:-

but there are certain conditions where you got to use the button once again like:-
1) if the winner is offline for a certain period.
2)if the winner doesnt follow the rules and regulations of the giveaway. (i,e ineligible)
3) if the winner is banned.
4)if the winner doesnt respond and etc...

so it would be more functional if the we could use the random winner button more than once.

if the button is made to use only once because at times multiple requests(clicking multiple times i mean) might be sent from the OP wantedly or by mistakenly. so we can counter that as well, basically when we click random winner for the second time it redirects to another page where is says you already used it. there we can just have a function where it will say "you already chose a winner  (xyz winner name) . do you want to choose again ?" if clicked yes, generate a new winner.

However, there are some circumstances when you have to press the button once more, such as: 1) if the winner is unavailable for a specific amount of time.
2) If the winner doesn't abide by the contest's rules and regulations. i.e. not eligible
3) The winner is prohibited.
4) In case the winner doesn't reply, etc.

Therefore, allowing us to utilize the random winner button more than once would make it more useful.

If the button can only be pressed once, it will prevent the OP from accidentally or intentionally sending repeated requests (by clicking more than once). In order to combat that, we can click random winner a second time, which will take us to a screen that informs us that we have already used it. There, we may simply have a function that says "(XYZ winner name) is the winner that you already selected. Do you wish to make a new decision?"
