Hello,

The user has attempted to call 911 with our bot. We have indicated to our users that we do not allow that, and that they will be banned from using our services if that action is attempted. The bot is programmed to auto ban anyone who tries to call to and from the 911 number. This was announced on our channel on February 1st, (Link here: https://t.me/THEREBELOTP/983)

As the owner, I have zero obligation to unban him and allow him to use my services after he violated probably the only rule I have with my bot. He is also attempting to threaten me with these threads, but in reality there isn't a case here.

Thank you.

So you added a conditional if statement in your code which will detect if a user attempts to dial a restricted number; however, rather than just dropping the call attempt before it is made, you announce the user having attempted to call the number and ban them from your service?

Suppose you have already added the conditional statement for when a user attempts to dial a restricted number. Why would you not simply prompt the user with an alert stating the action is not allowed and prevent the request from going through?

In the screenshots you provided it can be seen that you have some clients attempting to trick others into dialing the number +1911 which I am assuming will trigger the if conditional and result in them being banned.

EDIT; Why do you state "probably the only rule I have"? Do you not know how many rules your service has?

In all honesty, you seem less like a support member and more of attacking me. That's okay. I do know how many rules my bot has. And actually that warning used to be a thing, and I removed it because of the several people who ignored that alert. You're not doing your job at handling the situation, but it seems more like you have an unprofessional problem with me.
This does not make sense. " because of the several people who ignored that alert."

The if conditional statement I mentioned would alert the user about the action being restricted and drop the request so that the number is never dialed. Also please provide the actual TOS or rules of the service, rather than a message in a channel filled with miscellaneous updates, and other information. You cannot expect each customer to read through the hundreds of messages in this channel to read one message.
